Alert Messenger™ brings together a few of VOLO's most-popular features as an app that is designed to keep you and your employees CONNECTED AND PROTECTED.

The Alert Messenger app includes VOLO's proprietary ThunderCall® technology. ThunderCall is a fully-automated severe weather warning system that uses the phone's GPS signal and location services to monitor your employees' location and alert them in advance of severe weather events that threaten their current location. Imagine receiving an alert for a tornado, flash flood, or even a severe thunderstorm before it actually affects you, no matter where you are.

In addition, the Alert Messenger app uses VOLO's "PUSH" notification technology. Using Alert Messenger you can target specific devices (or groups of devices) and send important "PUSH" messages directly to your employees' smart phones. Devices can be targeted geographically using VOLO's map interface.

The app also includes convenient up-to-the-minute weather forecasts based on the current location.
